Hello. Here's a recap of the changes and updates we've made available to all Packiyo accounts in this week's main update. Highlights include new shipping calculator options, 2 new carrier integrations, and a whole bunch of feature improvements.

Improvements

  • We've added new options to the Shipped Items Report.
  • Tags can be created when using the bulk edit feature.
  • Added "Vendor" column option to the Products view.
  • Shipping Rate Shopping now uses negotiated contract rates for live rate comparison.
  • Shopify Store connection setting added to enable or disable product price updating in Packiyo when made in Shopify.
  • Added bulk delete option on the Manage Totes view.
  • Shipments Report now shows what package was used for shipments.
  • Live shipping rate calculator shows rate errors from EasyPost.

New Features & Integrations

  • Pitney Bowes shipping integration now available.
  • Vesyl shipping integration now available.
  • We've finally added cheapest shipping options for shipping method mapping.
  • Bulk Ship locations can now be enabled and used just for Bulk Shipping.
  • 3PL Admins now have the option to prevent client portal users from voiding shipping labels.
  • 3PL Admins can now see which accounts client users can access in the Manage Users view
  • API Product Endpoint now returns product kit components.
  • API Shipment Endpoint now returns order line items.
  • API Orders Endpoint now allows for shipping carrier integration webhooks.

Fixes

  • Order shows the correct "Allocation Hold" reason (instead of "Reprocessing") when an order is on allocation hold and not shipped.
  • Selecting "Needs Serial Number" now works when creating a new product directly in the inventory dashboard.
  • Resolved an issue where the cycle count feature could double-count inventory.
  • Fixed an issue with tag name not showing correctly for picking batches on mobile.
  • Updates have been made to the Order Managent System to prevent duplicate orders from being created in certain edge cases.
  • Products can be added to an already created Purchase Order.
